1852 Brew Co is an independent craft brewery located inside 1852 Visalia — the Central Valley’s original Footy & Brews destination. We brew on a 10 barrel system using reverse-osmosis water to ensure every pint reflects the purity and character of the Valley. Our production includes seven 20 bbl fermenters and one 20 bbl brite tank, supporting a growing lineup of clean, balanced beers that celebrate local flavor and craftsmanship. Proudly awarded a Gold Medal at the 2023 Great American Beer Festival for our Golden Goal Hazy IPA — the largest category in the competition — 1852 Brew Co continues to grow its distribution while remaining rooted in community, family, and fellowship.
